Several elements influenced the creation of this modern wooden house in Sydney, CplusC Architectural Workshop, a renowned studio that called the Queens Park Residence building.
Just by looking at some of the images you will notice that what frames the house is wood. The result is really beautiful, playing with the illumination In each sector and showing that a house can be current without losing warmth.
The private spaces are markedly separated from the social ones, maintaining the same materials and playing with the contrasts they have with the clearness of practically all the walls. As is often the case when a house is surrounded by such beautiful surroundings, this was taken advantage of by windows and incorporating as many doors as possible so that it stays connected to the natural in a more direct way.
220 square meters without the large swimming pool are those that were renewed in the 50 weeks that lasted its creation. Each space was cared for down to the smallest detail, from the kitchen with a spectacular air flow to the studio, the bedrooms and the foyer.
