A while ago I was commenting on the development that South Korea is experiencing in terms of architecture. Those who have had the possibility to see any film, short or series from that place will have marveled at the shapes and characteristics of their buildings. An example of architecture Modern building they have since last year is the Sejong National Library.
Sejong is located almost in the center of South Korea and not so long ago became well known because a project had been presented to move the capital there. Project that clear, was nothing because to move what represents Seoul is something much more complicated from every point of view to what we imagine. However, the site progressed remarkably and even some government offices moved back then.
The Sejong National Library was created by the study SAMOO In collaboration with Keun Jeong Architects. The property has 21,076 square meters and meant a lot for the community. It is the first regional and is known as"E-Brary", union of the words"emotion"and"library"(emotion and library). The reason is simple: they wanted to unite the latest technologies and digital amenities to the most human that such a place includes.
Surrounded by parks and ample Terraces That offer an excellent view to other cultural constructions of the zone, soon became one of the stars of the city by its attractive forms and clear, for having gained several awards from design .
